>Finding help: do you need a coach, book, or friend?

>Tai Chi Pictures, Images and Photos

This is THE question everyone eventually faces. In our personal opinion, help should be available FOR FREE, everywhere and in various forms.
But its not. One has to truly search for it, or better yet, begin to look at life differently. What if the universe was trying to communicate to you in every way, through every person, but you weren’t paying attention?
In our opinion, coaches, therapists, and other help givers should provide various forms of free help options, and only charge for books or personalized services. This is what we do, and if everyone did this, the world would be a better place.

How do you determine what form of help you need?

I say go for the free help and books facet first. Hit up the library ASAP, and avail yourself of the VAST amount of wisdom and guidance you can find there! Some amazing new thought authors include Louise L Hay, Neal Donald Walsh, Wayne Dyer ( or as my husband and I refer to him, simply ‘the wayne’), Frijtof Capra ( author of The Tao of Physics and my fav, The Turning Point), and Ralph Waldo Trine ( and Emerson, of course), as well as PLENTY of other authors I mentioned on previous posts.

If you have a friend to lean on-someone who is not going to judge you for wanting to figure out your path- let them know what you are doing and see how they react. YOU DO NOT WANT TO HAVE NEGATIVE PEOPLE IN YOUR LIFE INFLUENCE YOU WHEN YOU ARE HEALING.

We HIGHLY recommend the following books/movies/audio for you who are healing or finding your path, and want to go about it on your own:

You Can Heal Your Life by Louise L Hay ( movie AND book)

The Secret audio book AND DVD
The Science of Mind by Ernest Holmes
COnversations with God Neal Donald Walsh
The instruction By Ainslie MacLeod
Loving What is by Byron Katie
What The Bleep? movie
The Seeker’s Guide ( in order for you to find what method of healing works for you)
ANYTHING by the lifcoaches Eva and Nik Speakman
